Delivery Time Estimates

While we endeavor to get your products to you as quickly as possible, our delivery times are an estimation only and not guaranteed. Delivery days are estimated in business days (Monday-Friday) only. 

Fritz and Fancy is a one-man operation and we'll work as quick as possible to get your order to you. Once an order has left our shop and given to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as: holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the client, acts of God, and postal delays. 

During the shutdown due to COVID-19, expect things to ship slower than usual. 

Shipping

Note that at the moment, we only ship in Canada. Orders shipping within Canada are handled by Canada Post. Arrival times typically range between:

  • 'Tracked Parcel' shipping options: four to eight (4-8) business days

  • 'Standard' non-tracked shipping within Canada: five to twelve (5-12) business days

Standard shipping does not come with tracking, but it keeps the cost to ship much more affordable. 

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your scrunchies get to you in the best condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and send a photo of the damage to us here.

We will review your order and arrange a new delivery. Note, our stock is made in very small batches and replacements will be given based on availability. If the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we can replace it with another option.  

Returns

In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your order, items purchased on our website, not including sale items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition. Once received and product is deemed free of any damage, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment used to make your purchase. Refunds can take up to five (5) business days to show up following the date they are issued. 

Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund. Please note that we are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping, washing, or wear. Customers are responsible for any charges associated with shipping unless the reason for return is determined to be our error.
