Where do you make your scrunchies?

All of our scrunchies are handmade in the heart of Downtown Ottawa, Canada. We purchase our materials from local vendors where possible, using new and vintage materials to create truly unique hair accessories. 

Where can I buy your scrunchies? 

For now, all of our orders are made online. We offer free local pickup in Downtown Ottawa. I make and send all the orders from my apartment, so there is no physical store. Orders are usually prepared and shipped out in under 24 hours. 

Do you offer shipping? 

Yes! We can ship anywhere in Canada for only $4 added to your order. If you spend $20 or more, shipping is FREE! When selecting this option, note that it is for regular mail via Canada Post only, and can take 3-10 business days. Important: this does not include a tracking number. 

If you'd like your scrunchies to ship faster and include a tracking number, select Expedited Shipping at the checkout. 

Shipping outside of Canada is not available at this time. 

What payment options do you take? 

Our store is hosted by Shopify and we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal. 

How do I wash my scrunchie?

We recommend that you hand wash your scrunchie in cold water and air dry it. We've tested washing them in cold water in the washing machine and they came out fine.  However, you may get more life out of your scrunchie if you hand wash.

Do you do custom orders? 

If you have a custom order, reach out and I can see what I can do for you. Typically the cost for a custom scrunchie is $6-$10 and I need at least a week’s notice to make them.
